A Lazy Sunday in Lyon!

Quiet day today! We did LOTS of walking around Lyon and explored the old part of the city with its markets, shops and restaurants before deciding on salad and crepes for lunch - yummmmmo!

Our yummy as crepes!

The name of the creperie was La Banana - can't believe I got Jo-Anne in the door!

For all those heading back to school tomorrow - have a fantastic term and don't miss us too much.

  2. See Jo bananas aren't that bad. Well done collette, I can't believe you got her in there. Yours is obviously the bottom picture. They both look beautiful. Glad you had an easy day, you need to do that. Off to Paris next? Boy Joel's favorite place, enjoy it. Another big trip on the on off bus ahead. Roo boys lost to the reigning premiers on the weekend. My super coach team beat Joel's, so a 1/2 foot massageis coming my way! I will have the clock on! Maybe some snails in Pari? Plenty of garlic on them. Looking forward to seeing and hearing from you. Take care. Joel, Joel and Oscar xxxxx

  3. going to set up my new stage today and just stand on it all day - very excited - hope somebody comes to the door. Question that's had me stumped - who is FOA? Now that Jo-Anne and Collette have figured out we like photos of them and what they're eating, maybe we could compile a list of photos ops for when they are in Paris. Am thinking Jo standing under the Eiffel Tower, Collette with a Baguette (how's the poetry), at the laundromat would be a beautiful insight into the daily life of the upmarket backpacker (that's a backpacker who washes) ... any suggestions?? We could keep them busy for days?

  4. Salut Collete et Jo-Anne!
I have only just remembered to look up your blog. . . .no idea where you put the details for me, luckily the blog title is fairly. . . um, intuitive? Non?
Despite the fact that I am slack-as and sitting at home not working I don't think I can possibly bear to read anymore about the fantastic times you are having!!!!! I could possibly cope if you didn't post all those fabulous pictures of fantastic French places and food. :-(
Go on, have a macaron for me. . .and du vin rouge aussi!!!
